Whipped Lemon Garlic Ricotta Dip

This creamy Whipped Lemon Garlic Ricotta Dip is the perfect go-to for your favorite Mary’s Gone Crackers!


2 cups ricotta
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp fresh chives, chopped
Olive Oil & Black Pepper REAL THIN Crackers


Using a food processor or a whisk by hand, mix the ricotta, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, salt and pepper together. Spoon the whipped mixture into a bowl. Drizzle olive oil on top then garnish with fresh chives. Serve on a platter with Olive Oil & Black Pepper REAL THIN Crackers.
