This Spicy Mango Jam over cream cheese with Super Seed Jalapeño Crackers is totally crave-worthy!
2 ripe mangoes, diced
1 tsp lime zest
1 tbsp lime juice
½ cup sugar
1 small jalapeño, seeds removed and diced
1 tbsp cilantro leaves, chopped
1 block cream cheese, softened
Super Seed Jalapeño Crackers
In a pot over medium heat, bring the diced mangoes, lime zest, lime juice, and sugar to a boil. Simmer for 30 minutes, or until consistency is thick. Remove from heat and fold in the jalapeños. Place a block of cream cheese in the middle of a plate. Spoon the spicy mango jam over the cream cheese, garnish with cilantro, and serve with Super Seed Jalapeño Crackers.
