Indulge mindfully with Salted Peanut Butter Chocolate Toffee Cracker Bark made with Mary’s Gone Crackers!


½ cup peanut butter, melted with ½ tbsp butter
20 ounces dark chocolate, melted with 4 tbsp butter
1 box Original Crackers
¼ cup toffee bits
1 tbsp flakey sea salt


On a parchment lined baking sheet, lay crackers, including broken pieces, on the bottom. Pour melted chocolate on top then smooth it out with a spatula. Drizzle melted peanut butter over the chocolate. Sprinkle toffee bits and flakey sea salt on top then place it in the fridge for an hour or until firm. Carefully cut the bark, or break it, into pieces.
