Ingredients
1 cup green olives, drained
¾ cup kalamata olives, drained
3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp capers, drained
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp anchovy paste
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp lemon zest
½ cup fresh parsley

Preparation
Place all ingredients in a food processor, or finely chop by hand. Pulse to a chunky but blended consistency. Spoon the tapenade into a small bowl and serve with Garlic Rosemary REAL THIN Crackers.
