Our Herb Crackers make an unabashedly crispy base for this tasty twist on bruschetta!


¾ cup diced Roma tomatoes
2 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup chopped fresh basil
1 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
Herb Crackers


In a bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic. Add in the tomatoes, basil and feta. Toss to coat. Serve with Herb Crackers.
