Chocolate Kookies Peppermint Bark

Are you ready for a joyfully jubilant sweet treat starring our delightfully decadent Chocolate Kookies? You might want to make two batches: one for your favorite host and one to keep!


24 oz dark baking chocolate
5 oz Chocolate Kookies, crushed (1 box)
4 oz peppermint candy, crushed
6 oz white chocolate


Line a half-sheet size baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt the dark chocolate. Pour the melted chocolate onto the lined baking sheet. Make sure to keep the chocolate entirely on the parchment paper. Use a spatula or large spoon to evenly spread the chocolate out. Across that first layer of chocolate, sprinkle the crushed Chocolate Kookies. Follow that by sprinkling on the crushed peppermint candy. Melt the white chocolate. Finish the bark with a fine criss-cross drizzle of the melted white chocolate. Let the bark set completely before cracking into large pieces.
