Cajun Lime Shrimp Guacamole Bites

Top Original Mary’s Gone Crackers with Chili Lime Shrimp for a simple appetizer!


10 raw shrimp
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
½ cup guacamole
1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
1-2 lime wedges
10 Original Crackers


Preheat the BBQ. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil and Cajun seasoning. Carefully slide shrimp on skewers. Brush both sides of shrimp with Cajun oil. Place the shrimp skewers on a greased grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Spoon about 1 tbsp of guacamole on each cracker. Place a grilled shrimp on top, garnish with fresh cilantro, and squeeze lime on each.
