This outrageously creamy Pumpkin Hummus deserves a crunchsationally craveable counterpoint: organic, gluten-free Sea Salt REAL THIN Crackers. 


1½ cups of pumpkin puree
16 oz can of garbanzo beans
1 head of roasted garlic (reserve a few cloves to garnish)
3 tbsp tahini
1 tsp salt
Black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
Smoked paprika to garnish

Preheat the oven to 350°. Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking tray. Thinly spread the pumpkin puree across the parchment paper. Bake for 10-15 minutes to evaporate some of the moisture. In a bowl, blend the puree with the rest of the ingredients. Garnish with smoked paprika and a few roasted garlic cloves. Serve with Sea Salt REAL THIN Crackers.
