Pineapple Salsa

The just-right heat of our Super Seed Jalapeño Crackers makes for an enticingly bright bite when topped with tantalizingly tangy pineapple salsa.


1 pineapple
1 jalapeño pepper, chopped
½ red onion, chopped
½ red bell pepper, chopped
Salt to taste
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
Super Seed Jalapeño Crackers


Cut the pineapple in half. Using a knife, carefully cut out a circle in the middle of the pineapple. Remove pineapple meat within the circle using a spoon until the pineapple shell can serve as a bowl. Chop the pineapple meat into small pieces. In a large bowl, add the pineapple and other chopped ingredients: jalapeño, onion and bell pepper. Squeeze one lime’s worth of juice over the mixture. Salt to taste and stir to combine. Top with chopped cilantro. Transfer the mixture into the pineapple shell to serve alongside Super Seed Jalapeño Crackers.
