The unbelievably umami crisposity of our Super Seed Seaweed & Black Sesame Crackers perfectly underlines the bright tanginess of this luscious Citrus, Avocado and Fennel Salad.


1 bulb fennel, sliced thin
2 blood oranges, supremed
1 avocado, sliced

2 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
1 tsp salt

Large flake sea salt
Fennel sprigs

Super Seed Seaweed & Black Sesame Crackers


Make the dressing first, then marinate the sliced fennel in it for 1-2 hours. Peel the blood oranges and remove any seeds, pith or membranes from each orange wedge. Remove the fennel slices from the dressing. Top each cracker with a fennel slice, avocado slice and blood orange segment. Drizzle the cracker stacks with dressing. Finally, garnish with large flake sea salt and fennel sprigs. Serve fresh and enjoy!
