INGREDIENTS
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 ½ cups chopped celery
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Super Seed Rosemary Crackers
- Super Seed Basil & Garlic Crackers
- ¾ cup oat milk plain, divided
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tsp fresh sage, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh thyme for garnish
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sauté the onion and celery in olive oil. Season with salt and cook until soft.
In a small bowl, mix ¼ cup of the oat milk with 2 tablespoons of flour until the mixture has no lumps. Then mix in the rest of the oat milk, the chopped herbs and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Cook the gravy on medium low, whisking constantly until it’s slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
In a bowl, break the crackers into pieces and evenly mix the two flavors. In a casserole dish, combine the crackers with the sautéed onion and celery, then pour the gravy over that mixture. Bake the dressing for 20-30 minutes. Garnish with fresh thyme and serve.
