INGREDIENTS
- 1½ cups of pumpkin puree
- 16 oz can of garbanzo beans
- 1 head of roasted garlic (reserve a few cloves to garnish)
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 1 tsp salt
- Black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Smoked paprika to garnish
- Chipotle REAL THIN Crackers
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 350°. Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking tray. Thinly spread the pumpkin puree across the parchment paper. Bake for 10-15 minutes to evaporate some of the moisture. In a bowl, blend the puree with the rest of the ingredients. Garnish with smoked paprika and a few roasted garlic cloves. Serve with Chipotle REAL THIN Crackers.
