INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup green olives, drained
- ¾ cup kalamata olives, drained
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp capers, drained
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp anchovy paste
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp lemon zest
- ½ cup fresh parsley
PREPARATION
Place all ingredients in a food processor, or finely chop by hand. Pulse to a chunky but blended consistency.
Spoon the tapenade into a small bowl and serve with Mary’s Gone Crackers Tomato Basil Real Thin Crackers.
