Maediterranean Dip with Original Black Pepper and Real Thin Garlic Rosemary crackers

Mediterranean Layered Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • 8oz vegan cream cheese
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1cup hummus (link to Mary’s recipe)
  • 1 Tomato, medium dice
  • ½ cup cucumber, medium dice
  • ½ cup calamata olives, pitted & chopped
  • ½ cup dairy free feta cheese
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions

PREPARATION

  • Soften cream cheese to room temperature and mix lemon juice, oregano & garlic into it; salt & pepper to taste;
  • Spread this mixture onto a serving dish;
  • Spread he hummus on top of the cheese mixture, leaving a small edge of the cheese visible;
  • Sprinkle the tomatoes, cucumber, olives, feta and green onions;
  • Season with salt & pepper, drizzle with olive oil;
  • Serve with REAL Thin Garlic Rosemary Crackers.
