INGREDIENTS
- ¾ cup diced Roma tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Original Herb Mary’s Gone Crackers
PREPARATION
In a bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic. Add in the tomatoes, basil and feta. Toss to coat.
Serve with Mary’s Gone Crackers Herb Crackers.
