INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup melting dark chocolate wafers
- 8 melting caramel squares
- 1 tsp flaky sea salt
- 15 pecan halves
- 30 Super Seed Classic Mary’s Gone Crackers
PREPARATION
In a microwave-safe bowl or double-boiler, melt the caramel and the chocolate separately.
Spoon about a teaspoon of melted caramel into the middle of a cracker. Top it with another cracker and set aside. Repeat with the remaining crackers. Dip the caramel-stuffed crackers in melted chocolate, then place each on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle each dipped cracker with sea salt and top with a pecan half.
Let sit for 10-15 minutes at room temperature before enjoying.
