Blue Cheese Dip
- 1 cup Nancy’s Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Nancy’s Cream Cheese, at room temperature
- 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Serve immediately with your favorite dippers, or cover and chill one hour to blend flavors. Serve with favorite choice of Super Seed Crackers.
