Our favorite story about our cookies is about a little five-year old girl. Shana, one of our staff here at Mary’s Gone Crackers, brought a few boxes of cookies with her to a painting class to share with a fellow student whose niece had just been diagnosed with intolerance to gluten. The man came to the next class grinning from ear to ear. His niece, for the first time, had eaten a cookie without her body reacting negatively. The experience brought the family closer—joyful that they could all sit at the table and together enjoy the ritual sharing of a healthy sweet!
