Nancy’s Streusel Topping (Thanks to Nancy Brown of Fast and Healthy Nutrition)

1 cup quinoa flakes (toasted)
1 cup* crushed Mary’s Gone Crackers N’Oatmeal Cookie (measure after crushed)
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation:

1. Put quinoa flakes on cookie sheet and toast under broiler until golden brown (a few minutes only).

2. Mix ingredients until blended. If it looks too dry add a little more honey or maple syrup.

Try on top of yogurt, sliced fruit or use with Nancy’s Crunchy Quinoa Muffins!
