Black Bean Hummus

3 cups cooked black beans (rinsed and drained)*
3/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup cilantro (firmly packed)
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
3/4 cup green onions, sliced
2 Tbls. olive oil
4 medium garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 box Mary’s Gone Crackers Original Seed Crackers with Caraway

Preparation:

1. *To prepare black beans rinse one cup dry beans thoroughly and soak in warm water overnight. Drain water from beans and add vegetable broth. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat and continue to cook over low to medium heat until beans are soft.

2. Combine first 9 ingredients in food processor until smooth.

3. Serve with Mary’s Gone Crackers Original Seed Crackers with Caraway.
