Black Bean Hummus

3 cups cooked black beans (rinsed and drained)* Preparation:1. *To prepare black beans rinse one cup dry beans thoroughly and soak in warm water overnight. Drain water from beans and add vegetable broth. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat and continue to cook over low to medium heat until beans are soft. 2. Combine first 9 ingredients in food processor until smooth. 3. Serve with Mary’s Gone Crackers Original Seed Crackers with Caraway. |
