The crackers are gone and the crumbs remain! We’ve collected the crumbs from our cracker production into 3 flavor categories: Original, which just contain the crumbs from our Original crackers; Savory, which contain the crumbs from our Herb, Black Pepper and Onion crackers; and Caraway, which contain only the crumbs from our Caraway crackers. These crumbs are perfect for coating chicken or fish, for adding to meatloaf, for using in recipes that call for graham cracker crumbs such as pie crusts, crumble or crisps. “Gone Crackers” can be used in any recipe that calls for breadcrumbs with delicious results. Not as heavily seeded as our crackers, you will find some flax and sesame seeds in the mix. Use the Savory crumbs on top of your favorite gluten-free macaroni casserole for a nice crispy topping. Or use the Original crumbs in your special cheesecake crust. Mmmm!
