Why Organic?
It's really only been about 60 years (since World War II) that chemical pesticides, fertilizers, and fungicides have become so prominent in this country. My parents and grandparents only ate "organic" because that was how farmers always grew food. Now we have to look for food labeled "Certified Organic"* in order to be sure that it has been grown without the use of chemicals.
Besides doing major damage to our environment--our soil, water, air, animals--the industrial farming practices of today contaminate the people who work in the industry, the people who eat the food (especially children who have a longer time to accumulate the toxins in their developing bodies) and the TASTE of the food that's grown.
When we buy organically grown food we are choosing to support farmers who are working hard to combine ancient and modern technologies to grow clean and healthful food without adding more pollutants to the environment. Do yourself, your family, and your planet a favor and buy Organically Grown food.
*The "certified" in front of organic means that the food and the manufacturing facility have been inspected by a third party agency to make sure that the product fits the established standards to be labeled "organic."

Made with our unique blend of whole grains and seeds, these crunchy snacks will make you wonder why you ever ate a pretzel or a chip, when you can have a delicious and nutritious Sticks & Twigs! Like our crackers, we add no oils or fats, so you taste the rich, toasty flavors of the grains and seeds. Contains a whopping 550 mg. of Omega-3s in every serving! The crackers are gone and the crumbs remain! We've collected the crumbs from our cracker production into 3 flavor categories: Original, which just contain the crumbs from our Original crackers; Savory, which contain the crumbs from our Herb, Black Pepper and Onion crackers; and Caraway, which contain only the crumbs from our Caraway crackers. These crumbs are perfect for coating chicken or fish, for adding to meatloaf, for using in recipes that call for graham cracker crumbs such as pie crusts, crumble or crisps. "Gone Crackers" can be used in any recipe that calls for breadcrumbs with delicious results. Not as heavily seeded as our crackers, you will find some flax and sesame seeds in the mix. Use the Savory crumbs on top of your favorite gluten-free macaroni casserole for a nice crispy topping. Or use the Original crumbs in your special cheesecake crust. Mmmm!

Original Seed Cracker
A crisp delicious cracker with a rich nutty flavor. Wheat-free, Gluten-free and organic. Made of organic whole grain brown rice, organic quinoa (keen-wa: a high protein seed/grain), organic flax seeds and organic brown sesame seeds, with no added fat.
